Section I: Understanding The Business - In this section, Alyssa will take you on a deep dive into what makes the real estate industry, and more specifically - your role in the real estate industry so special. She will guide you through a personal discovery process to help you craft your story and connect with consumers in an authentic way that makes them clients for life. 

Section II: Setting & Achieving Big Goals - Many agents struggle to set their goals because no one ever took them through the process of how to set goals that help you grow while not selling yourself short. Alyssa will take you through exactly how to gauge if you're setting the right goals then help you craft a plan of action to achieve those goals. 

Section III: Marketing & Branding - A brand is more than a logo or a typeface - a brand is everything you do and don't do, everything you say and don't say, and most importantly the experience people have with you and your service. In this section, Alyssa will teach you how to create your brand image, craft your brand story, then how to tell that story through beautiful marketing that works. 

Section IV: Prospecting For Pros - Prospecting is far more than time-blocking and cold-calling. Prospecting is the lifeblood of a successful real estate career and while it has gotten a bad rep - it doesn't have to suck. Alyssa will work with you on language techniques designed to help you connect and relate to prospects as well as how to prospect for business opportunities without coming off like a hack.
