We get it. We’re parents too and we understand that when our kids are busy living their best lives and we’re their ride and biggest cheerleaders, it can be tough to find time for our own health. Still, we know that making our own health a priority is not only setting a positive example but also allowing us to be in the front row cheering for years to come.

Whether you already consider yourself fit and are looking for more variety or you’re looking to make some changes, we can help. We work with our adult training clients in a very different way than our youth athletes though. We’ll work to assess where you are and where you want to go all while charting a plan to get there.

Most of our adult clients start by coming to us weekly and after about a month will move to a schedule of bi-weekly or monthly to simply maintain. Our goal is to provide you with customized workouts that you can complete at your local gym, at home, or even just with bodyweight while you’re at your athlete’s practice.
